About Q Haute cuisine

In 1982 restauranteur Peter Livaditis had a vision to create a fine dining restaurant on the banks of the Bow River. A bold move considering the area was not yet fully developed. Built was LaCaille on the Bow. Over the years, trends and renovations took place into what it is today. With hard work and inspiration, Mr. Livaditis has turned this location into a legendary dining spot for our success story and passion is what motivates and drives us into making Q Haute just as successful and legendary. Today with culinary trends changing as such, we strive for impeccable cuisine, unpretentious service with a smile to ensure every customer’s happiness and contentment.
